Νissia Traditional Residences
The luxury traditional style residences complex "Nissia" (meaning islands) is situated on the sea front five hundred meters from Dapia, the center of Spetses. Designed and built in the unique architectural heritage of the picturesque and highly cosmopolitan island resort of Spetses, the complex incorporates a carefully restored early 20th century building and newly built high calibre residences created with taste and special care for every detail by combining tradition with modern times.
“Nissia”, which in Greek means islands, took its name from the fact that each residence has the name of a Greek island. “Nissia” is not only characterized by the existence of the superbly restored original façade (which since 1985 has been declared by law as a preserved monument of the industrial architectural heritage of Greece by the late Melina Merkouri ex Minister of Culture), but also for the high quality of services it offers to its guests.
