The building that today houses the City Hall is a house listed on the historical register with the name "Ikia Nikolaou Kyriakou," or "House of Nikolaos Kyriakos." Former Spetses mayor Andreas Kyriakos lived here. His daughter Mina donated the house to the municipality. The famous Greek poet and Nobel Laureate Odysseas Elytis visited here during many summers.
