The house of the merchant Tsoulouchopoulos is a prime example of the neoclassical architecture of Spetses. In the yard, one can see a pebble mosaic forming the letters ΝΣΤ (for his initials), and beneath it the numbers 908 915 (built from 1908 to 1915).
