Isthmia

A village and community in the Municipality of Loutraki-Perachora-Agii Theodori. Ancient Isthmia was located here, except for the Olympic games, Isthmia was the site of the most important sports, drama, and musical competitions in ancient Greece. Visit the museum and the archaeological site, with its sanctuary of Poseidon, stadium, and theater. Also visit the Corinth Canal, the greatest technical achievement of modern Greece.
